1. Services Offered

I offer construction services for theatre, film, television, events, and private commissions. This includes pattern drafting, cutting, sewing, alterations, and costume finishing.

2. Booking & Consultations

Bookings are made via email or referral and confirmed once availability is discussed. Initial consultations can be arranged to assess the brief and requirements.

3. Pricing & Quotes

All quotes are bespoke and based on the complexity of the costume, materials, hours required, and deadlines. Quotes are valid for 14 days. Deposits may be required.

4. Materials & Supplies

The client is responsible for providing or funding all materials unless otherwise agreed. I can assist with sourcing fabrics and haberdashery upon request.

5. Turnaround Time

Deadlines must be discussed in advance. I will always aim to meet the agreed delivery date but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties or late delivery of materials.

6. Amendments & Revisions

Two rounds of minor alterations are included. Additional revisions will be quoted separately.

7. Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after the work has begun, payment will be due for all completed labour and any purchased materials.

8. Portfolio Use

I reserve the right to photograph and include completed work in my portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

9. Liability

I will not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use of costumes after delivery. Fit adjustments may be necessary after wear or performance.

10. Communication

Clear and respectful communication is expected throughout the project. Email is the preferred method for documenting agreements and updates.
